I know FB is a far more hip place to post, but I want to make this point sincerely.
The non movement of steps and columns after signing the new offer will be the biggest rallying cry for fence sitting NFT members. They really will feel insulted that, even with no retro pay, they will then have to have 3 years of teaching "disregarded" by their district.
Except for maybe losing 1 of the 3 for the WTC action, I actually would agree with them.
As you know me I can't say I often agree with the NFT (if I have ever).
