Unfortunately, you can't really make much of these students' comments without knowing how similar students would have answered the same question last year, when the economy, however deceptively, seemed to be booming. I'm not so sure Penn State to Westchester is such "downsizing" in any case, and I know there have been lots students and their families in past years who have chosen Millersville or Westchester or Penn State satelites or even its main campus over places like Harvard, MIT, Princeton, etc. because of cost. I don't think this YouTube clip means much.
