In the end, a group on the board will accept or come to some sort of agreement. Our taxes will go up, the teachers will be happy, for a little while. Then they will do it again. Meanwhile we 'the people' are scrambling to find child care or forking out money to Neshaminy Kids club at a rate of $200/week for two children. The teacher should be forced as a part of the contract to forfeit pay/sick time to cover the costs of the people of the community.
